Welcome to the V2 Dashboard Beta
Last updated: May 5, 2026
You are getting early access to the new version of the WeGive dashboard. This article covers what to expect and where to go for everything you need during the beta.
What is the V2 Dashboard
V2 is the next generation of the WeGive dashboard. It is a refreshed experience with updated navigation, a new AI agent (enabled per user as it rolls out), dark mode, and a reorganized settings area. Most of the core functionality is the same as the current dashboard, but stuff has moved around. For example, integration documentation now lives inside Settings.
What to Expect During the Beta
We are running V2 in parallel with the current dashboard while we finish iterating. A few things to keep in mind:
You may bump into things that are not working yet. We are collecting feedback and shipping updates live, so the experience will keep improving while you use it.
We are running parallel knowledge centers right now. The new V2 Knowledge Center is being filled in as we go. If you do not see something documented yet, let us know and we will prioritize it.
You can stay logged in to both the current dashboard and V2 at the same time in different tabs. Your login credentials are the same across both.
Your Three Beta Links
Use these three links throughout the beta:
1. Log In to the V2 Dashboard
Use the same login you use for the current dashboard. You do not need to worry about the org identifier in the URL, that is handled automatically when you log in.
2. V2 Knowledge Center
https://wegive-help-center.help.usepylon.com/
This is the new help center for V2. It is being built out in parallel with the current knowledge base. If an article you need is missing, ping your CS contact and we will get it added.
3. V2 Feedback Form
https://info.wegive.com/forms/dashboard-feedback
Anything you find while using V2 (bugs, confusing flows, missing features, polish items) goes into this form. Submissions go directly to our engineering team so they can address feedback as fast as possible.
What to Submit Where
A quick guide on where to send what you find:
What You Found | Where to Submit |
Bug, broken flow, or anything not working in V2 | V2 Feedback Form |
Missing feature or product idea for V2 | V2 Feedback Form |
Knowledge Center article that is missing, wrong, or unclear | Mention it in your dashboard chat with your CS contact |
Question about how to do something in V2 | Dashboard chat with your CS contact |
Thank You
We appreciate you helping us shape V2. Your feedback is the fastest way for us to find and fix the things that matter most before we go fully live.
